Hi,

I have a 2009 150 E-TEC on my 22 ft pontoon. If I want to read the engine data , what software and cables do I need and where can I get them?

Peter

Call Barnacle Bill's - the Sponsor of this site, with Model and Serial Numbers in hand.  (856) 785 9455

They'll fix you right up with the EV Diagnostic software, and the cable.  You will need a 'portable' computer/laptop to actually 'hook up', but you probably knew that already.

You can read the basic running information  like speed, RPM's, engine temp, fuel burn
with most any newer NMEA 2000 multi-purpose machine. The guys on here will straighten you out.

If you want to read engine fault codes & the like - what Phil says above.
