I got report from the first run! You were right, one hole up and another prop is on the schedule.
They also moved the rigging tube to the starboard side and placed the hoses inside, 1.5 hours extra work but totally worth it!
Might deliver tomorrow or next week. Fingers crossed!

5500 rpm, 41 knots, 200 litres of fuel, 2 person, test weight at aprox 2450 kg. rx4 18

some would say rpm is a bit low, but we will go like this until the enginge is worn in and then adjust if necessary.

I tried the trip function and made a test run close to cruising speed (A)

Looks good and clean rigging now too. 5500 is OK if that is normal loading. Next time out try max trim-I tend to find most boaters do not take advantage of the max trim range of their outboards. An engine backing board would be the only addition I would add if my boat.

Im back with more numbers since i changed from a RX415X18 to a RX415X16 (photos):

Higher RPM with 0% trim.
Lower RPM with 28% trim.
WOT: 5850 with 75% trim normal load.

The 18 inch gave me 2 more knots but barely managed 5500 light to normal load WOT.

5850RPM at WOT is good and you should change the gauge setting to single engine-you have it set for a twin engine set-up at the moment.
