hello everyone.  I replaced the shift/throttle cables on both my etec 250's about a month ago. I think they are breaking in and need to be adjusted. Where should the roller seat on the throttle cam at idle? 

Also port engine is only hitting 4800 - 5000 rpm's since the new cable install. Is this an adjustment on the throttle stop? I noticed that the port binnacle throttle stops before the starboard.  Starboard engine WOT is about 5700 RPM's. What should WOT be on these engines?
