Tried to mount my new rogue prop today on my 2012 90hp.

I’m replacing and standard alu prop.

Something is missing or wrong. The prop hits the gear case. Just a bit.

What am I missing ?

The hub in the alu prop seems countersunk and fits the shape of the washer. The rogue hub is aligned with the steel and does not seem to fit the washer shape.

There is no washer in front of the prop (stern) Only behind it (aft).
In the etec parts catalog all pictures shows a washer in front of the prop!

You're looking at the wrong end of the prop.  You do not have the correct thrust washer, which should go on first, before the prop.  There are two different thicknesses.  Someone on here will most likely know the part number.

From the diagram, it is either #1, #5 or 9

0127084 is for aluminium props. I'm at home and unable to confirm this, but it seems 0127212 could be right for a 4 blade S/S.

I talked to the dealer where I purchased the motor.
He will send me the correct fittings.

I think 0127212 is right
/>Thanks for the support.

Finally solved.

Anyone knows why its a nylon washer on the steel prop mounting vs metal washer on the alu ?
(between the prop and the nut )
