I just bought a raker 13 1/2 x 20 0763954 for my engine E90DPGLAFC. Before it was fitted with an aluminium prop. It was supposed to be the same propeller hardware but when I installed the new prop it had some friction with the gear case and didn’t spin freely. It looks like it was a few millimetres more inside of the gear case than what it should.
May you give me some help to find the appropriate propeller hardware? Thanks!

Was the aluminum prop an Evinrude part. The hardware is the same. The interference between the prop barrel and the labyrinth seal of the gearcase is typical with pressed in rubber hubs like the Raker. A few rotations after running and the hub fits like a glove. It's ok.

The problem is that the new prop hits the lower unit. If I run the engine like that it will be damage. The thrust washer that I have install is 81013240.

Do not tighten more that  12 ft. lbs. if it has a  rubber insert as this maybe your problem- don't ask me why  I know !! Have been  down this road-hope this  helps-factory torque is what i have stated-Good luck-You can over compress the insert as i understand-Dan
