On my G2 (150hp) I do get a stream out of "pisser" when I run the motor idle using the OEM Evinrude flush kit.  I have noticed that when you use an expanding hose or a quick disconnect fitting that it takes much longer for the water to start coming out of the "pisser".  I will try the hose and adapter with running the water while engine is stopped in the spring.  IMHO I would measure the pressure on the hose and be sure it is at least 35psi.  With expanding hose and quick disconnect I was only getting a little less than 20 psi.

Happy Holidays !

Problem solved.
I was trying to do both motors at the same time using a Y apapter before.
Not enough pressure that way...

When doing each motor by itself without the Y fitting, the water now DOES come out of the “pisser” while flushing using the optional internal hub fittings with motor off.
