Hi All,
As titled. All the before and after numbers, IMO a comprehensive report.

100 HP difference doesn't equate to 16 mph difference. The Viper prop  was used on the G1 250's. That's probably the worst prop to have been using on a big heavy boat. That's why the numbers were so bad. Ton of prop slip.

Here is a bulletin for a 30 HS with twin 300 Yamaha's

RPM
MPH
GPH
MPG
100062.62.31
15006.84.41.55
2000117.21.53
250013.310.31.29
30002212.91.71
350030.7171.81
400036.123.41.54
45004130.51.34
500046.238.21.13
550050.846.81.09
590054.351.61.05

The numbers are better than the G2's which is surprising.
