Toe adjustments are set by the dealer and the Evinrude diagnostics program. This is part of the iDock calibration and tuning process.

Thanks mead do you know if it's a quick adjustment via the diagnostic program or long winded and mechanical?

To do idock calibration is about an hour in the water, the stillest water you can find. Without knowing the skill level and experience of the person doing hard to say how long for them. The instructions to do it are very good and easy to follow with the best advice being follow word for word ,do not skip or short cut the process. You need to make sure the helm is the correct one first and the steering bleeding was done correctly and you can do a ‘dry dock” with. Ev diag test to confirm the system is working as should before the in water fine tune.

Thanks Huey, just like to know what i am asking the dealer - yes will need to get to the bottom of the potentially incompatible helm.

If you have a pro helm there is no question of compatibility. It is not compatible on any rig with multiple engines.

Huey is correct. But another question comes up. What is driving your question to adjust toe settings?

Cheers guys the dealer is on it regarding the helm. When i had two Honda s on the back the toe in / out made quite a difference to top end. Just bracing for the same. This is the first i dock they have done seems nice and easy to adjust via the ev diag computer to the degree! Impressive.
