What is the requirement on fuel Line diameter on a 90hp. Length is 4-5 meter.

5/16 or 3/8

Maybe depends on the year... my service manual indicates 5/16 for up to 130hp. This is an '05 75-90hp service manual.

I've always gone with 3/8" ID, and see that you've found it.  No sense trying to save a dollar/euro/peso for the smaller diameter!

Especially at 4 or 5 meters in length, you want that fuel flowing as easily as it can.

Also get the actual Marine Rated hose!  Don't "play" with inferior products that will "maybe" be OK.  Swimming away from your burning boat won't be much fun.  [frown]

Hope it helps.

I agree with PhilH, especially if you're buying new. I missed the length part.
With the standard ~5ft hose in smaller boats, I wouldn't hesitate to use a 5/16 OMC fuel hose in good shape, but were I buying new, there's no downside to over sizing, I think.
