Hi guys i have a 150DHLISM and it seems to have a terrible habbit of over heating around 3000 RPM i have tried the below.

Flushed and made sure of no blockages.
Removed the TStats and comfirmed they are working .
Removed PRV that is working .
Fitted new impeller kit non genuine .....
Water pressures are great ...
At idle it sits around 6psi
Midrange is around 22psi.
WOT 33psi

I dont know what else to try

Thanks in advance

Only at about 3,000?  That may be the "hairy edge" just before your PRV fully takes over the cooling.  Not sure if there is a lighter PRV spring for yours, or just try to avoid staying at 3,000 for very long.

What is the ambient temperature of the water you're usually in? You may need a weaker PRV spring .

You'll likely need install a 19 lb spring.  These engines came factory with a 22 lb spring install.  The part number you need is 352544
