So installed the new valve I made and clear fuel line just before primer bulb and have absolutely zero air in the fuel line now! Vacuum gauge reads 2 at on step speed 0f 20knts 4200 rpm and the same at wot aroumd 5600 rpm. Apparently the 3 way valve from west marine was the main problem of air and am assuming one of the fuel lines was collapsing from age and ethonal fuel, causing primer bulb to collapse. Not sure if the air in system caused the lift pump to fail, but I forsure know if you have an older vst tank/fuel pump the o rings on the water line fail!!! inside the vst tank. As said before there is a new design for my make and model. Thank you again to the members who chimmed in with help. Much appreciated
