I saw Seahorse posted a cooling flow diagram for the small block motors, anyone have that for the 3.3 liter V6?  Mine is the E250 DPX-SDR.  I'm having issues with EMM overheat alarms even with good water presssure and normal flow out of the overboard indicator (pee stream).  Thanks for any help.

Have you compared your pressure readings to the water pressure charts on the General Information page?

Thanks Seahorse, just what I was looking for.  It looks like a lot of the flow overboard comes from the motor cooling, not just the EMM and VST cooling line.  My pressures look like the chart, so I guess I'm pulling the EMM and VST cooling hoses to check/clean.  I wanted to avoid that as it look like a lot of easily broken plastic connections.  Is it a good idea to replace the zip ties with smalll stainless hose clamps?
